
Lead Pastry Cook - Stock & Bond
Job Summary: The Lead Pastry Cook is responsible for overseeing the daily production and execution of high-quality baked goods, desserts, and pastries. The role requires maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure adherence to established recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a wide variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the pastry team.
- Follow established recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation across all pastry items.
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Clean and organize pastry station, equipment, tools, and ingredients, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Collaborate with chefs and management to execute new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients and products.
- Maintain knowledge of dietary restrictions and accommodate allergy-friendly alternatives when needed.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures related to guest services and hospitality.
Must-Haves
- A culinary or pastry degree is preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional pastry experience in a fine dining kitchen preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry equipment, and ingredients.
- Creativity and artistic skills for pastry decoration.
- Attention to detail and precision in pastry preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations

- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
